I am 11 weeks and I know it's once a month in the first trimester, but don't you have more visits in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters?

Once a month in 1st and 2nd trimester, which is until about 28 weeks/7 months, then it's every 2 weeks until 36 weeks then every week until you deliver.

typically it stays to the once a month until you're about 6 months, then they will make it bi-weekly. Towards the end at about eight months it will be weekly.
However, not all doctors go by this. My first doctor had a different time table then the second.

It depends. If you have no sign of anything, you can go monthly, then 3rd trimester - every 3 weeks. As for me, I go weekly for NST and monthly for doctor because I have sign of premature labor

Depending on your pregnancy health...

you will have monthly until about 8 months
then every three weeks
then every two weeks
then every week until you give birth.

There are also a few different types of visits in between
sonograms
blood tests etc...

Congratulations!!!

If there is only one baby you only get one a month until around 35 weeks.
