He wants to get a DNA test on the kids because he doesn't want to pay the child support. My guess is he's hoping that one of them will turn out to be someone else's and he'll be off the hook. He does still love your daughter but I think he may also be trying to upset you by sending that card. I hope everything works out for you and the b*stard pays for what he's doing to you. I'm so sorry.

I would have a DNA test on any child I didn't think was mine. He might think the kids arent' his. What I really think is, he's asking for the test just to piss you off some. Be thankful he's sent a card. Thank him, ask him to send more cards and more often, and include a check every now and again. Good Luck

This is what happens when you let someone you don't really know inside your pants.
You make kids that are going to be nothing but future problem children of America.
The father sounds like a real stand up guy. You are probably not far behind.

just to make himself look good for court honey . I would let the courts know that this is the first time he has had any contact in 6 months . the judge wont buy his daddy dearest crap and you will get the child support . I dont think daddy will want to contest it cause if he does ,the judge wont like that . good luck and god bless honey .

He is being a jerk. Just go along with it and make sure your attorney has him not only pay for the tests, but also pay for the attorney fees. It's a stall tactic. He knows they are his. Good luck. This is only the beginning!

Just get the test done and move on. You two are playing games and this is definetly not healthy for the kids. Grow up and be more mature. Act like adults and not your shoe size.

Let him have the DNA test, then it's written in stone that they're his (make him pay for it).
Get child support and do not interfere with his relationship with his children.
You may not like him, but they have every right to.

were you married.. if you have the dna.. and you were not married then you give him his parental rights.. if your were than there should really be no dna.. but i would do it anyway..,most men do not like paying the child support.. they think it goes for the woman.. and her man.. not the child.. and yeah if he ask for it and child support dont order the dna. he will have to pay for it.. then tell him when the children are older your gonna tell him he did not think he was there father.. even if you never plan to do it.. it will bother him

Sounds like he is confused. Maybe he is unsure cause there are people filling his head with nonsense, but at the same time if it is his kid, he doesn't want to be missing out out them growing up.
