I did work out...i have a membership @ the gym..i lost 7 lbs...then i stopped going...i gained all the weight back and some...i am going to start the gym again tomorrow....i love th body flow class...it is a mixture of yoga, ti chi and pilates. Have a great work out!!

Well I love to work out whe I can find the time. Does walking to the car count? But seriously. I have these walking off the pounds DVD's that I love and Pilates that are great. My BF bought those for me. She is great but I fear for her salt intake!

im acutally going to do some at home workouts starting tomorrow
and look for some gyms, and maybe do yoga(still ify on that)

I would love to join you in that group!!! My health rate would benefit greatly!!! I have a bow flex, but its out in the garage & I rarely get out there to use it!!! It's why I'm so fat! I don't work out enough!!! So, you go, girl!!! I'd love to join ya!!!
