the programs installed and set up info like year etc-? The configuration etc- it is a older pc- I think it is gateway and about 10 years old? Please help with any info!!

I think you want to know which operating system is installed on your machine...?
To do that, right-click "My Computer" and go to properties. On the window that pops up, you get all kinds of info like the processor type/speed, amount of ram, and which operating system you are running.

right click my computer, click on properties, main info should be there
