Right now it just seems that it has fallen apart. Mine seem to have fallen apart about 3 years ago. Today I look back and figured that this was probably the best thing that could have happen to me. Now you can do the things that you used to do before you met her/him that you enjoyed so much and you quit doing. One year from now you are going to look back at this question and you will probably laugh because it seemed so hopeless at the time. Hopefully you will have become wiser thru all of this because you are going to know what your part was in all of this that made the love of your life leave you and you will be smarter and a better person for the next love of your life.

aww so sorry to hear that she has left you, but, you will get over it in time. For now go out and try to enjoy yourself, you will overcome the hurt given time. Its not the end of the world for you just yet :)

Is there anything you need to communicate to him/her and, if so, is it possible to do so? If not, find another trusted friend and say it all to your friend. Just keep talking until you have nothing left to say, good/bad/sad/angry/embarrassed/whatever, get it all said. Or write it, or sing it, or paint it, or however you want to express it. Then you'll have made some room to love again.

Every life experience should be a lesson learned. Use this experience to improve future relationships. Unfortunately nothing is going to stop the hurt but time.

sorry to hear that. sometimes, it can be said to be like a bereavement. so, i guess you may feel, guilt, hopelessnes, fatigue, loss of hope.identity, self worth. if all is lost, move on in youre life. out there, we all have that special one, the one that is meant to be. good luck

Unfortunately, nobody can tell you what to do. You have to go through it but the time ultimately heels the sense of loss.
