I have a coin with george washington and george bush on it.The wording on front is presidential bicentennial?

does .any one know what this is worth.I can not find one on ebay or amazon.

It really isn't a coin, it's a commemorative medallion issued by some private mint or another. They like to use the word 'coin' to make people think they might be worth something, but all they are really worth is the bullion value of the precious metal, if any. And they are sold for several times whatever that is.
