You might want to go to this site and download the Finale Notepad software. It is a scaled down version of the Finale software used by many composers and publishers - And it is FREE. You can write, arrange and print your music as well as post it to their website:

Yes, you can go to time2rhyme.wetpaint.com. If you sign up, and you get permission from the creator you can put all your written lyrics on it. It also gives nice tips on writing songs and poems.
