because on his licence there was only an a where there should have been a and b .he went in to where they get the licence.they took out his files and said it was there mistake and they will post him out a new licence tomorrow.he has to apply for another driving test.he had to take a day of work he got a pretest .petrol money to and from the centre.should he not be companseted for there mistake.he will have to wait months another date for a test.any advice

He can try for compensation, but it's really up to you to make sure you have the correct driving documents

This sounds like an Irish joke! An a instead of a & b etc.

To go for a driving test, but a file mistake has made him wait.

ok the respond is easy. Its no longer the size of the component, its what you're able to do with it. LOL. cant see your hubby getting any satisfaction complaining unfortunately they will just tell him he should have checked all his documentation was in order well before the test date best of luck in next test

complain politely but firmly to customer services. if you get no joy from them then put it all in a letter to the complaints department. tell hubby good luck for his test when he gets his new date
