I have a 93 grand prix and I got a new air filter for my car and the fit and build quality was much worse than my old one wich was an STP. On the Purolator the rubber gasket was much thinner, the filter was flimsy and the gasket it self was separating from the paper!. So I returned it to Advanced and I looked at another one and the same thing was happening on that one.

Well, I sell Hastings, and have never had any complaints. And yes, you can purchase an A.C. Delco air filter from the dealership.

You can get bad filters from any manufacturer at any given time. I have used Fram for years and had no problems with them.
