I think in the end Hillary is going to win on that hands down, because as we saw in the debate sometimes her previously held position only lasts a couple of minutes.

You cant say Rudy or Romney have flip floped. They held to their respective constitutions. Rudy the NYC constitution and Romeny the State of Mass.
For example I am personally anti abortion. But the President has not Constitutional authority to influence this issue either way. This issue should be resolved at the state and local levels.
No flip flop of postion, just further clarity is needed. I think the local governments should be very liberal but the federal government should be extreemely conservative.

Hillary, she was for the war, then against it, then for it again, currently she is ag....wait a minute!!! oh....sorry, she is against it again. She thinks that giving illegal aliens drivers license is a good idea, she said so....despite about 2 minutes after saying that she said that she did not say it.
Chi Guy, before you go spouting off about how Guiliani and/or Romney have "flip-flopped" on gun control and abortion respectively. Keep in mind that there is a difference between "flip-flopping" and changing your view.

Hillary. But only by a nose over Rudy - Romney has flipflopped, but not nearly as much, and not for as long a time. Hillary's so good at it I bet she used to be a he. Not that there's anything wrong with that, if that's your thing.

Tough question, I dont think Hillary should be included in the list because she has always been pretty straightforward about her plans for America.
She plans to turn the USA into a socialist utopia that would make even Karl Marx blush.
Think I am kidding? Who said this?
(1) "We're going to take things away from you on behalf of the common good."
(2) "It's time for a new beginning, for an end to government of the few, by the few, and for the few, and to replace it with shared responsibility for shared prosperity."
(3) "(We) can't just let business as usual go on, and that means something has to be taken away from some people."
(4) "We have to build a political consensus, and that requires people to give up a little bit of their own turf in order to create this common ground."
(5) "I certainly think the free-market has failed."
(6) "I think it's time to send a clear message to what has become the most profitable sector in (the) entire economy - that they are being watched."
Now you might think these were the famous words of the Father of
communism, Karl Marx.
And you would be on the right track in thinking so.
But you would be wrong.
These pearls of socialist/Marxist wisdom are from non other than
our very own, home-grown Marxist. . . .
Hillary Clinton!

Let's see....impossible to compare. Hillary generally takes positions on both sides of the same issue. I like Rudy.

Mitt Romney.
He was a very Liberal Governor of Massachusetts.
He was Pro Choice.
For Universal Health Care.
For Gay Rights.
He hated Reagan, but now he suddenly loves him.

Hillary doesn't reverse. She just stakes out all possible positions in a single sentence. She's for and against everything all at once. Except income redistribution. She's four square in favor of that.
