I have USA First Class written on my stamp and I am wondering if I can use them to mail my letter. If I can, how many will I need? I think I need only one but I'm not sure. My mail is just a piece of paper (letter) in it so I don't think it weights more than 2 oz. Thanks for the help.

Yes! I have one of those Forever stamps with the large bell as the paper.

First class postage is the same from ANY US address to ANY US address. One stamp is good for up to one ounce. Anything over 1 ounce requires more than on stamp. 2 first class stamps are enough for up to 3 ounces.

Sounds like you have one of the new "forever" stamps. One piece of paper should only require one stamp.

Place to place doesn't matter; it's one stamp to anywhere in the U.S. from anywhere in the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii and I believe U.S. territories as well such as Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.
