Yep!!! Your car could have been impounded if he got caught. That would cost you $200 dollars to get it out and Im sure your spouse's "friend" wouldnt be able to pay you back since he snorted that amount of money!!
And if your asking this because you found cocaine in your car...its probably your husbands. He left it in there and blamed his friend once you found it. Trust me, Im a guy.

Are you and your spouse social drug users? Have you done other drugs with this friend in the past, so that (s)he feels this behavior is acceptable?
And if this is your spouse's friend, are you sure (s)he is not doing these drugs as well?
If you and your spouse are totally drug free, then you need to reexamine your friends, and either seek help for them or totally disassociate yourselves from them.
If you are social users yourself, then you have no cause to be upset. You need to reexamine your own life and see if this is the path you want to be on.
Cocaine is not little thing. It is serious and needs to be taken seriously.

I would be annoyed if my car was used as a means of transport to get it and I wasn't aware.
But if they just had some on them and they were getting a ride to somewhere unrelated I don't care.

!!!!!!warning!!!!!! cacaine is hardcore stuff. You need to talk to your friend and pull him away from the stuff as fast as possible or worse things will happen. cocaine chemically changes chemical reactions in the brain resulting in in-human behavior. your friend will change forever. period. but you can't do a normal intervention kind of thing. you have to still treat them like a human and not some1 with a problem. show them compasion and the joys of life without cocaine. i honestly have lost dear friends to cociane and it would be a tragidy if your spouse lost his/her friend too.

That is very illegal and could result in you getting your car impounded by the police if he were to get pulled over. I would not allow my spouses friend to borrow the car ever again. If he wants to put someone at risk like that then it needs to be his own car and not yours. You have every right to be bothered by this as it could cost you a bunch of money to get your car back if he ever gets caught.

ABSOLUTELY. If for some reason the police pulled the car over and felt like searching, your spouse can be arrested for possession of drugs even though they are just the driver. Very bad idea.

Yes... I'd be very upset.
When I was younger, I participated in that lifestyle, so I am no stranger to it....
But today, NOBODY has any business in my life, house, or car with illegal substances, illegal guns, or anything associated with crime

Not only "Yes" but "HELL yes".
Because guess what? If the car got pulled over and the cocaine was discovered, some police departments have the legal right to seize the car right then and there, regardless of whose car it is.

I would be furious and would be filing for divorce immediately. I can tolerate and forgive a lot, BUT drugs is not one of those things. Drugs has caused much heartache in my family and I won't let it cause anymore.
