how is Iron-59 different from all other isotopes of iron...how is it the same?

They all have 26 protons in their nucleus. Fe-59 has 33 neutrons. It is probably unstable.

cause iron has 36 valence electrons sooo 59 is way different cause it has more electron and protons.
