That is going to vary greatly in different areas. In Beverly Hills it will be one end of the spectrum vs if you had the exact same house in some tiny town in Colorado, for example. Decide what you mean by 'mansion', i.e. sq ft, beds, baths, amenities, etc and call a local realtor with thos specifications and ask the average sale price for the last 6 months to one year.

it depends on the area, i don't know if my families house would be considered a mansion(it's 7,300sq.ft)but i believe it only cost like $1,000,000 give or take a little i'm not exactly sure but we live down south(coast of south carolina)
