Through Tears

You never know what,
Lays within a person's heart.
What drives them to anger,
Or rips them apart.
You cannot feel,
What others feel within.
There's no sensors for it,
There's no prickly pin.
Only your ears,
Can hear someone sob.
Your heart can't replace,
What from their heart has been robbed.
You must listen,
To all their needs and fears.
Open the doorway of your soul,
While you listen through tears.

As for your poem:
SIMPLE. No vague references, or words not readily used, no over bearing format or word play. You came in, said what you had to say and exited in the same way you entered. I dig of that. I will honestly say its not my favorite poem by you that I have been blessed with but I dig it none the less. Which is big for me because I am not into rhyming poems all that much. Thank for sharing and I await more
