Lets just skip the whole thing about the crowds noise being ampliphied, causing the Pats to have to do handsignals instead of word of mouth. Which already makes it harder.
But wtf was with the calls the refs made! i think it was like 10 calls for 149 yard for a franchise record yellow flags in a game.
Hobbs gettting pass interferanec, Moss getting pass interferance, illigal formation, some sorta leg whip. And then look at the colts. They got like 25 yards in penelties. Even when THEY were the ones pass interfering and what not. OMG i kid you not if the pats hadent won, the colts would be in deep $H17 for paying off refs. Hense the point of this rant.

The Pats had to beat two teams yesterday... the Colts and the Zebras.

the leg whip was legit, and the samuel pass interference (even though the pass was uncatchable; in which case the correct call is illegal contact (5 yds, 1st down) was reasonable.

the rest was a blatant effort to cover the spread for Vegas - this isn't about the NFL favorites, it's about the money. The Pats covered 8 straight games; this was the first game since week 2 that they were not favored by 10+ points; huge money was on the Pats, hence the Refs were there to keep it close, and if Indy wins as a result, all the better for the NFL Golden Boys.

You really didn't ask a question. If the question were something along the lines of "Who is the best team in the NFL?", the answer would obviously be the Patriots. If you are asking for a reason why there were more penalties on the Pats?, I would respond that they have received a substantially lower proportion than the rest of the NFL over several years..... Instant Karma.

Look at it this way. Since this pats have been having so much success the refs are trying to knock them down a block. They're starting to think they're invincible. They are just jealous

Yes, the refs were trying to giftwrap the game for the Colts...but fortunately, the Pats were too good anyway...

enough of the trash talk from both sides of this gay spectrum. it is what it is. and if it wasnt for those calls, the game would've been as close and intense as it was. so yeah whatever

Cheaters get penalized more... hence "record breaking # of flags"... and they weren't even calling the holding calls on the Pats' o-line. they did hold on every passing play.

I came in here today thinking I'd be a humble Colts' fan... but d!cks like you make it impossible.
