I'd like the bureaucracy itself reworked so the money we spend on various programs does more to operate a successful program than cause waste to operate it, I think most would complain less if the money actually got used for the purpose allocated for than payroll to administer it

It's hard to pick just one, so many are so screwed up.
Obviously, social security and a lot of other entitlements need to be abolished, taxation needs to be rationalized and simplified, and regressive taxes need to go.
Oh, distrciting, that should go to, there shouldn't /be/ congressional districts, anyone in a given state should be able to vote for one representative, and any number sould be allowed to run. That'd give you representation in the House that'd be /much/ more representative of the populations of each state.
