have found sky always helpful yes you do have to hang on to the phone but they will credit it on your bills, threaten to close you account as they are in breach of contract and just mention virgin now and then.

if its Broadband ask for tier 3, i am with them and after a year i canceled finished up with a sky+ box for £9.99 and only £5.00 a month for my Broadband.

So complain and ask for a refund of your calls even if you have to send copies of the charges they will give you it. I cant praise there complaints staff enough

Oh you poor soul. My mam changed to the new sky package for £26 a month and my brother was sorting it for her. They took the money out for 3 months before they actually had her up and running. They did reimburse her in the end, but it was a nightmare sorting it out. They are lovely on the phone but seem to be having rather a lot of problems. Stick at it and I'm sure they will sort you out eventually, but in the mean time it's no fun. Mention your phone bill too, because if you're going on their new package they have the ability to compensate you. After all, they want your business.
Good Luck. x

What is the problem? If it's a problem on their behalf, ask to be reimbursed for the cost of the calls. Or you could always go online and ask for help on website below. It's their customer help page

Good luck

"SKY........Hello is any one there??? Heeeeellppp!!!?"
is a great way to get lots of people to avoid answering your question. Working on your spelling and grammatical skills, and writing coherent details wouldn't hurt, either! ;)

Good questions get good answers.

At level 5, you should know better.
