What are your least favorite names and why?
I'm not crazy about biblical names like Noah, Isiah, Elijah, etc. They're too popular and a bit outdated.
I don't like names like Hunter, Peyton, Bud, Trip, etc, they seem like hick names and people i know with those names are usually kinda on the hick side.
And I cant stand names with apostrophes, like Shan'Traya or Mo'Feshia. Apostrophes ruin names.
So whats your opinion?
Oh,and my baby cousin was named after a "No Smoking" sign (his name is "Nosmo" (NOS MOking) i hate it lol)

I once heard of a non-english-speaking woman that gave birth and when the placenta came out she thought that was the most beautiful word she ever heard so she named her daughter after it. Yep, Placenta.

i do no longer understand the place you reside, so i do no longer understand if those names are commonplace. Given you have pronounced universal, extremely than famous, i'm guessing you're from the united kingdom, New Zealand or Australia, wherein case those names are extremely probable to be particularly commonplace, yet i will't be effective. So, those are my universal names: BOYS: a million. Lachlan Aubrey 2. Oliver James 3. Hayden Emery 4. Finley Declan 5. Reilly Eoin 6. Llewellyn Rhys 7. Henry Oscar 8. Darcy Fletcher 9. Joshua Caleb 10. Atticus Flynn 11. Rowan Avery 12. Jude Alexander women: a million. Isla Madeleine 2. Charlotte Aoife 3. Annabel Scarlett 4. Matilda Ruby 5. Saoirse Isobel 6. Eleanor Niamh 7. Liliana Margaret 8. Grace Elizabeth 9. Laura Anneliese 10. Saskia Louise 11. Adeline Elise 12. Freya Arabelle - Ella :)

I dislike trendy and "made up" names.
Names like Cayden, Braedan, Jayden etc. Kayla, Madison, Brittney, Tyrique and the like. Ugh. Chavvy. Nasty. Even worse if they are misspelled ie "Maddysen" etc.
I don't like Biblical names either. They are over used and they just sound too religious.
I hate "short forms" of names such as Charlie instead of Charles, Alfie instead of Alfred, Billy instead of William etc. They are so pointless. If you like Billy then call the poor child William and use Billy for a nickname. One day he will be an adult and I can't imagine a high court judge or high flying businessman called "Billy" can you?!
I really don't like "fashionable" names such as Connor, Dylan, Joshua, Jack, Ellie, Lola etc etc because they are ten a penny. On our street alone we have 4 little boys all called Connor!!!!
Although I'm Welsh and this is a traditional Welsh name I REALLY hate the name Rhys! I'm sorry to offend anyone who's got that name but I just think its so darned ugly! Its very popular around where I live too.
I love classic names which never go out of fashion. My son is Arthur in honour of the legend of King Arthur. I love William (my brother's name), Gerard, David, James, Harry, Patrick, Edward and for girls, Elisabeth, Charlotte, Rose, Violet, Katherine. Those names will suit a child right the way throughout their life.

I don't like lots of really popular names. Names I don't like: Logan, Owen, anything that rhymes with Aidan, Colton or any variations, Hunter, Casey, Miles, Milo, Josiah, Blake, Mason, Jackson or especially Jaxon, Lucas or Luke, Noah, Jeremiah, and there are probably some I missed. I like most girls names.
I like most biblical names also. Our family is catholic, so we have a lot of biblical names in our family. My name is James, a very biblical and classic name. Those are my favorites, biblical and classic.
However, I don't like alternative spellings of names, such as Cathryn or Mychal.
It's also a little weird when immigrant parents, when living in the United States, name their child a name from that country. That being said, I have nothing against immigrants. Or parents who have no ancestors of that country naming their child a foreign name; for example, Frank's parents immigrated from Ireland when they were 23. Frank thought it would be cool to name their son Juan.

I hate anything that rhymes with Aiden (Braidn, Caydon, Jaydenn, Haydienn, Zaidyn, etc). I used to really like Aiden and Haydn before they became so popular. Also, it's extended family of names that end in "ten/ton/tyn/den/don/dyn" Peyton, Grayden, etc.
I hate names that used to be just words, but are now mispelled and used as names: Skye, Rayne, Jayde, Charity, Precious, Princess, Duke, Destiny, Faith, Uniqua, etc.
I really hate random syllables smashed together to make a name: Trego, Shaniquanaenae, Jazlyn, Kayleimae, Starraine
I hate random sounds put before a name to make a "special" name, like LaJonda, Latrisha, Dakendra, Ojoshwah, etc.
I hate misspellings of a hyperpopular name. Ashleighee is going to punch you in the face one of these days, just like Kynduhl Pahtrishyah, Nickolus, Jorjya, and Maddysunn. I go by Kayt because I was twelve and decided Kate was too boring looking. I still use it out of habit, but I would never ever do that to a child.
I hate random capitalizations, apostrophes, and hyphens. My friend's brother's name is Jon-Michael Jon-Jordan Lastname. Yeah, they liked Jon so much, they used it twice. My friend was just Andrew Wayne, and his older brother was Wyatt James, so I just they really went overboard with number three.
And finally: NEVAEH. I hate it with a passion. I want to throw rocks at a large billboard with that name on it. It's so silly, empty, trendy, and trashy all at once! It's even worse when people misspell their precious little "nevaeh heaven spelled backwards". In Denver, there was a little girl named Nyveyah who was murdered a couple of months back. I shuddered every time I saw her name on the news. It was such an awful case, but seriously, Nyveyah?

I have to say the one name that I absolutely HATE is Rain. I know the parents want to give their child a 'natural' sounding name, but why a type of weather?! They wouldn't name a child Sleet or Cloudy, so why Rain? Then people go and make it worse by spelling it weird (Raine, Rayne, Rheynne, etc.). It is the one name I cannot stand. I am not fond of others (like the ones you mentioned), but I can at least stand them.

I hate names that are spelled weird or with extra unessesary letters like my name is Jennifer but some people who like weird spellings might spell it Jynniphyr. I hate made up names..when I was a hairstylist I had a client who named her son Kyler because she and her husband couldn't decide between Kyle and Tyler.Another thing is when people name their kids after a brand of something like Versace, Armani, or Lexus. I really hate the names Cory, Shane, Sherry, Renee, and Tanya..don't know why, but I always hated them. I hate those trendy names like Kaden, Jayden, and Jaylyn... I also hate when people name their kids things like Chance, Blessing, Unique, Blue, and Trace...dumb, dumb, and more dumb!
I feel really bad for your cousin named Nosmo...that's just cruel!

We all no he's gona grown up to be a smoker.
I hate names that people give their child to be a "Brand" I read in the Times that names like Gandalf, Blade, Harry Potter, not Harry, Harry Potter, are popular, but studies show they will not get into an ivy league university and will find it hard to find a job.
Look at my name, a real name, a man's name.
