The first clean sweep happened in 1990 (Rick Martel, Power and Glory and The Warlord). Last years 5 on 5 clean sweep was the first time a 5 man team had completely survived

the other guy is probably right with 1990
I was going to guess the royals( king mabel, jerry the king, issac yankem, and hunter herst helmsley) against (savio vega, henry godwin, the other godwin, and undertaker)
it was when he had the mask ova his face cuz of mable and yokuzuna leg dropping him, i forget what yr it was but i know taker eliminated all 3 and mable got counted out
