Yes, a couple of times and I felt very bad because I wanted to give a thumbs up.
While on the subject, why can't we see who gives us the thumbs up or down? I've given some very good answers to have a thumbs down. They talk about blocking people, but how do you know who's stalking you?
It was that if you voted for a question, you could give it a thumbs up or down, now, that's been removed.
I've also noticed that questions must be more politically correct. Certain topics apparently are off limits. Topics that aren't illegal, immoral or X rated.

Yeah... I frequently supply somebody a thumbs down, via fact they are being mean to somebody else, yet then examine their question returned and understand that that wasn't truly a median remark and be apologetic approximately giving them a thumbs down. Sorry to all of the human beings I even have accomplished this too. : )

I did that once. To make amends, I chose it as the best answer, and explained I meant to give it the thumbs up.

I really wish they would let you take those back! Haven't done the thumbs down by mistake, but I have done the thumbs up by mistake...was soooo mad! UGH!
