Nope, if a question does not go through the first time, or if I suspect it doesn't, I'll go back to the spot where I finished creating it (or modify it, if need be) and resubmit it.

no. but i've answered a question, then looked for more questions i knew how to answer, and realized that the same person asked the same question and son then i just gave the same answer :)

because when i asked it the first time, yahoo was having a problem and my question didn't show up for about a half hour..by then, nobody saw it
