Okay, so first step is to take a deep breath and stop panicking. Freaking out will only make it more difficult to handle the decisions and conversations that will need to happen for you very soon.
Second step is to drop your "boyfriend" like a hot potato...If he's so immature that he'll leave you for a mistake that has 50% responsibility for, then he's not worth having around in the first place. He's clearly not in a position to be a father, so if you are pregnant, you're going to have to do this on your own anyway...if you're not, you still know that he wasn't there for you when you needed him, so what's the point?
Third step is to see a doctor...You could do a test at home, but the truth of the matter is you need to see a doctor anyway, so you might as well let them do the test. If you are pregnant, they can help you in discussing your options (or helping you find someone with whom you can discuss these). If you're not pregnant, they can help you get a birth control method that works better for you.
There are a lot of people who are in, or who have been in the same situation you're in. Do not doubt that you can handle this...You can!!! It really only takes putting one foot in front of the other, one step at a time.

First off, dump your boyfriend before you do anything else. Do you really want to be with a guy who would leave you all alone with something that he helped to create like it's all your fault? No. He's a skeeze and he isn't worth your time. He DOES NOT love you.
Now go take a test and have a talk with your parents.

If he says he'll leave you if you are pregnant, he's just an a**. He knew what the consequences of having sex could be, so he should suck it up and be a man about it.
I hope for your sake that you aren't pregnant at such a young age...and if you aren't, you should dump that idiot for threatening to abandon you when you needed him most.

if this guy is threatning to leave you he is not worth your time, if you are pregnant it is just as much his fault as it is yours, dont waste your time with him he is obviously a sleaze bag, and talk to your parents or a friend who you trust enough to help you and get checked and take a pregnancy test.

you should've thought about that before you spread your legs. you better pray that you AREN'T pregnant, and next time think a little harder about WHO you're having sex with. because most teenagers wont take responsibility.
