so, if jou understand, i would like to know, can i kill someone, if i throw a bullet in that person...?? without a gun, just throwing from my arm, but a very strong throw ....

Of course you can! You don't even have to HIT him in the head with the bullet.

Suppose you throw the bullet at his head while he is driving - he ducks and takes his eyes off the road and dies in the car crash ...

You would have to hit them perfectly. A gun can accelerate a bullet much faster than your arm, so you probably wouldn't even pierce their skin. If you hit them right behind the ear or in the temple or up through their nostril then you might have a 0.1% chance of killing them.

Why would you want to do something like this, and then say you don't want to hurt anyone. I doubt you could do anything more than bruise that person. Of course if you hit in the right area, you could do some damage, but your not going to do something that nuts, and get arrested for assult.

U can definetly hurt him. u could probably kill him if u can throw as hard as a Roger Clemens fastball
