You could have one of two problems and possiably both. First it would indicate that your "Rings" are worn. Second is that it could be worn Valve Guide Seals.
Rent, Borrow, or Buy a "Compression Tester", and test the compression on the cylinder that show oil in the spark plug.

If the oil is on the outside is probably a valve cover gasket that's leaking, if it's on the inside. If the oil is on the electrode then it may be valve seals, valve guides letting oil drip into the combustion chamber in that cylinder.

If on the outside of the plug, spark plug tube seals are bad(cheap fix). If on the electrode, rings or valve stem seals are bad (expensive fix).

I suspect if you remove the moles your problems solved. Hondas don't like moles.

your rings are shot. just drive the car as is since it would be more expensive to fix then what the car is worth. just make sure to check your oil every so often.
