Ahh, the simpler times. A horse's head on a stick, a cowboy hat and a cap gun. We could play for hours and no one would worry about us, so long as we came in when the streetlamps came on. No one worried that playing with a toy gun would turn us in to evil, violentt people.
Oh, and the hand me down peddle fire engine. My dad painted it blue, so I changed it in to a milk float.
Yea, and 50p to the corner shop would buy a sack of sweets. We thought we was rich.

yes, funnily enough, i was in a school play as a kid called "2 little boys" (dont know if youve eva heard of it) in the play i had 2 ride around on a broomstick with a horses head as 1 of the 2 main characters....ah good times

yep, my Dad made me a proper hobby horse with a wooden head and painted features but I still preferred sticks, I used to have races with my friends as well.
