that is so weird that you say green doesn't. i have hazel brown/green eyes, and whenever I wear green or even turquoise, they look much greener. But you might also try the opposite color on the color wheel which would be red or even purple. I always hear make-up artist carmindy on What Not to Wear say that you should wear the color opposite your eye color to make them standout. Especially for make-up. She is forever putting women with green eyes with plum eye shadow and it looks fantastic.
I wear red a lot, which is opposite green on the color wheel, and I get so many compliments for my eyes.
