criminal help isn't for criminal protection, through fact the court docket appointment of legal experts to indigents seems after that. sell the automobile, sell your blood, max your mastercard, do what you may do. you do no longer prefer to pass right into a criminal prosecution without representation. class A misdemeanor can propose some extreme time in penal complex. this is in basic terms too huge to possibility. Now which you have waited till in basic terms some days formerly the trial, all the solid legal experts, those with useful practices, could have already booked this week's paintings. you will possibly have your %. between new legal experts or legal experts without useful prepare. the solid information is they're greater low priced interior the fast run. you prefer a criminal expert. Beg the kinfolk for funds. Do despite the fact which you may desire to do. Get a criminal expert.

Yep, pretty much. he couldve just sat in jail for free and been released on his court date, anyway. They usually schedule arraignment w/i 48 hours, would it have really killed him? I know each time i've ended up in jail i never asked anybody for crap, cause, dont do the crime if you cant do the time. Could've used that 50 g for a lawyer. If he had stayed in jail they would have appointed him one, but once you post bond/bail youre screwed.

Please don't give up because then he will have won. You are stronger than you know, and help is available. I recommend you call your state board (blue pages of phone book) and ask them if they can recommend a few attorneys to you. Or, you can call a law school and speak with the professors. Some lawyers have grant funds to help people in your situation. It's just a matter of finding the right attorney. Whatever you do, don't give up. "Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem." If you are feeling suicidal, please pick up the phone and dial 911 NOW! A social worker may also be helpful to you, as they are well connected within your community. I wish you all the best. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Secondly, No, I do not believe that it is right. He had to borrow money to acheive bond.
do a search on "pro bono" lawyers in your area. You might get lucky.

I hate judges like this. but who can you talk to if you can't afford a lawyer.
Do NOT think that there are no good court-appointed lawyers.
Mine got me off. They wanted me in jail for 5 years and he got me probation

That does not sound right. You may be able to contact the local public defenders office or contact legal aid. Also if i were you i would contact the ACLU(American civil liberties union), they might be able to help you.

What? What do you want? DO you want someone to tell the judge he is wrong? You don't make much sense.
