Tough luck. Your PC uses i865GV chipset that does NOT support an expansion graphics card. You can NOT add a discrete graphics card.

Your integrated graphics is the outdated Extreme Graphics 2 that can share only up to 96Mb of memory. I've seen a Toshiba w/ same integrated graphics that can not run Aero. It is the newer integrated graphics (GMA 950) that has Aero certification.

So, increasing your RAM won't improve graphics much but would improve overall PC performance.

it won't add to your graphics card's performance at all. Adding more RAM, however, is always good to do. Your computer would perform quite well with more ram. The only way to have your graphics performance work better is to buy a new video card.

It will help some, but the best way to improve performance like that is a new video card

is your OS 32 bit or sixty 4?? 3 gb is tremendously sturdy already. in case you have a 32 bit then then you certainly can in trouble-free terms use 3.5 gb. yet a sturdy portraits card would see a miles greater develop in overall performance whilst in comparison with procuring ram
