How would a tow truck tow a car that's parked on the side of street with a car in front and another behind it?

what they do is hook a cable to either the front or the back tow hooks and yank it out then they move the truck around and tow as usual

The proper way is to use your go jacks to lift the wheels off of the ground. Then you can push the car out of the spot, and secure to the tow truck without any damage to the car or the tires..

Usually just pull the rear end out enough to winch it onto a flatbed or hook it up for rear wheel tow enough to get it completely out and then re-set it for front wheel tow. A good operator won't usually do this as it could cause damage to tires or suspension but it can be done in an emergency.

definite ... that is stated to boot as impounded the cvc . in cali is 22651[b] blocking off and theres yet another yet ya get caught this manner it sucks if the motor vehicle in-or rear of youres im no longer asserting if those are stick [slightly push wuoldnt injury?] f- the purple motor vehicle and the different one those adult males wernt thinking approximately you so this highway is going bolth wars call dot and tow one !!!!

most people wont attempt to do this ,because you can be held responsible for the damage to it if any occurs,there,s a lot than can happen also,front end damage can happen from doing this,been there and done it before.
