I'd be the best damned beggar you ever saw. I'd make people laugh, and I'd know when to back off. I'd learn to recognize who's a soft touch and who to leave alone, too.
Some beggars do pretty well, almost like having a job, but no benefits.

I dont quite understand why there are homeless people if the council's hand out houses like sweets nowadays.
I would go and stay with friends until I get a job or go to the housing association.

I was homeless for a while all i did was try and find homeless shelters and try and keep other bums away from me.
its not fun its not a laughing matter people are hurtful mean and evil when your homeless they look at you with the same way they look at a piece of crap.... it hurts.....
