Sweden, Switzerland or Denmark would be the best. Certainly the US would be well down the list, and lower than Britain, New Zealand and Australia which are parliamentary democracies.

Finland, Sweden, and Norway have the best government in the world.
By "best" I mean
1. Most democratic
2. Least corrupt
3. Most open
4. Most competent
