I don't know how long he's been living with 1/2 a brain - but it is clearly been too long.. BUT this does finally explain a few things. Due to his brain extraction, he had no choice but to excessively use OxyContin as a way to cope with his constant pain.
What a self-less act. He reduced himself to a low-life drug abusing scumbag just to teach us 'liberals' a lesson. What a honorable & noble gesture:P

I live in the same town as Rush Limbaugh grew up in. That particular birth defect is not strictly limited to just one member of his family, trust me on this.

This is a trick question! He doesn't HAVE a brain! He has a compartment full of compressed hot air, and when he opens his mouth the escaping air causes his lips to flap in a manner which results in a continuous flow of uninformed tripe. This has the usual effect of thousands of sheep nationwide nodding their head in apparent approval without the need of further investigation into the matters at hand.
