You do realize there will be extensive investigation, I presume. You are going to have to be able to pinpoint a time when the doctor was totally alone with you long enough for this alleged assault (yes, they will write it as alleged unless and until it is proven) to have happened, that there was no nurse or other assistant in the room for a long enough period. The police are the people to start with. Good luck.

You must file a police report. The higher ups in the hospital will not conduct an expeditious investigation. They are too worried about liability. They will also give warning to the doctor by way of asking him or her questions about your letter. Do not go directly through the hospital. Go straight to the police with the account of what happened to you and they will take it from there. They also have the power via the district attorney to subpeona records.

Report the incident to the police first then, get a copy of the statement then go to the hospital's administrative offices, to have the doctor who examined the patient be banned from medical practice until there's an investigation. Maybe other patients may be victims would come forward too.

Ugh, disgusting. i haven't heard the great tale yet, yet i will in basic terms assume that the attack is barely 'alleged' on the 2d which could be why his licence has been suspended as destructive to revoked, pending sentencing. i'm no longer suggesting for a 2d that this baby is mendacity yet of course there are harmless people available who get accused so as that they would be bearing this threat in techniques - harmless till shown responsible of course. As for the bail, i will't extremely say without needing heard complete information of the case, yet i will in basic terms assume they have weighed up the point of info against him and the prospect he might pose to the community and are available to the top that they've, i might think of his bail is under strict situations, checking in on a daily basis, no longer leaving section or getting into touch with infants and so on. nevertheless a terrible thought that there is a skill monster nevertheless walking the streets nevertheless. yet a minimum of he's been arrested and is being investigated, as destructive to all the numerous greater available who're working with none suspicion raised. enable's in basic terms desire there's a tribulation immediately and the evil guy could be positioned in the back of bars, assuming he's responsible of the crime. I assure he won't be getting decrease back into the wellness practitioner's chair then!

Why would you go through the departments in the Hospital ? This is a crime. Go to the police.
The only reason someone would go through the departments or the management is for blackmail.
