eco fans for woodstoves?

is it possible to make an eco fan at home? how hot before the fan starts? thanx

You'd need to match a peltier junction
(thermal power unit), with a fan motor
and then build the fan and an enclosure that
will allow the juction to function without cooking
the motor.
Unless your time is worthless,
buy a ready made one.
