Just a day ago (11/4), we should have moved our clocks back one hour. When we go into spring/summer, we move it back up one hour.

Which is longer, the number of days with one hour back or the number of days with one hour ahead?

Since they expanded the months we are on day light savings time (starts March 11, 2007 and ends November 4, 2007) We spend more time on DST than regular time. It adds up to 7 months and 3 1/2 weeks on DST.

actually, changing clocks only shifts the daylight from more light in the morning to more light in the evening. as we get closer to winter, the days are getting shorter. this has nothing to do with what the clock says. then towards the end of December, the days will gradually get longer and longer til June when they start getting shorter. it's the seasons and the angle of the sun that changes the length of daylight, not changing your clock one way or another.
