My birthday's tomorrow and I'm turning 16. I have off from school, so I can take my permit test, right?
I'm just making sure because I heard somewhere that I might not be able to.

You can take your permitt test on your birthday if your 16 in Indiana anyways. It may differ state to state but I'm not sure. Its worth the try anyways right kid. You need to study because you can only miss about 3 questions and none of the road signs.

Yeah. On my friend's birthday, she and I went to take our permit tests and we both got our permits!

You are considered of age at midnight - for driving or drinking, so you should be able to - of course NY is odd in some ways.

yes its actually recommended to take it on your birthday except when i turned 16 i got my license

did you not take drivers ed, they give you your permitt theri and when you turn 16 you can go get your license
