are san antonio surburbs becoming more white ? cause this is happening in other cities?

This is San Antonio, there really aren't any suburbs here. We basically have a city and some small towns that we are growing towards. On the east coast and even in Houston and Dallas there are suburbs which developed separate as suburbs. San Antonio has never really developed that way.

Also, San Antonio is becoming more hispanic, so how could any part of it become more white?
