It's funny that you say that you have trouble with casters and an easier time with warriors. I'm also a subtlety rogue, and I'm very heavy into PvP combat and I find casters very easy and tank classes such as warriors and paladins harder. The biggest suggestion I can give is to be sure that you make good use of any interrupting skills you have (Kick, Gouge, Kidney Shot) whenever your opponent cast. It's also nice to turn on enemy cast bars in the interface menu to show you what your opponent is casting, and how long it will take. Another thing I'll point out is that Mind Numbing Poison is quite effective against casters, as it frequently adds to their cast time. As a subtlety rogue, I'm assuming that you have pretty decent burst damage. Use this to your advantage. Drain as much health as you can before your opponent even knows you're there, then use your interrupting moves to finish them off. A solution to your problem with Warlock seduction is to work on getting the Insignia of the Horde. If I remember correctly, it costs about 2500 honor, but is worth it in the long run. You can use it to remove any effect that causes loss of control of your character. Anyway, good luck with those casters! And be sure to stick to subtlety! haha =) (Devlin on Blood Furnace)

Several good suggestions so far, lemme throw some more in.
If you want to do a lot of pvp, two talents I highly recommend are improved kick, because it silences and interrupts spell casting and preparation which instantly cools down several good abilities.
The object when fighting a caster is to execute a "stun-lock". This incapacitates them the entire time you are fighting them.
Start the encounter stealthed and cheap shot them, this stuns them for a few seconds, Get in another damage shot like sinister strike or a backstab, then kidney punch them, another stun. DPS them til thats about to break then blind them, that may give you enough time to have kidney punch relit, if not use vanish and cheap shot them again. Hit preparation after vanish and you can vanish again if you need to. Throw a gouge if you need a quick interrupt or to finish a cooldown.
That is one of the biggest advantages a rogue has, his(her) ability to incapacitate a target almost indefinitely.
Stay away from deadly poison (the ticking damage) in pvp because it will break blind and gouge, use mind numbing and crippling, it slows them down and slows their cast times.
On mages watch for them to blink, its a teleport that sends them 20 yards away, in the direction they are facing.
On Warlocks, you are getting close to the level when they get "Noobcoil" aka Deathcoil. It's an instant cast damage spell that heals them and fears you at the same time. A lot of them spam it as soon as they see you coming and then chain fear you around. The really skilled pvp locks use it as a last resort, not an opener.
A trick I've used against locks, that I'll probably get called noob for is sap them and waste their pet, then vanish before sap wears off. This prevents the seduction problem you've been having with the succubus.

I have a 70 rogue and a 70 lock and a 40 ish mage personally i dont like mages they dont have that great of a variety of spell and also the whole squishy thing is annoying its all fun blink being a vending machine its really group friendly but pvp wise never got into it, the rogue was my first toon it was fun up til 60 anything after that melee is not fun for pvp imo its so blunt theres no variey in pvp as long as you have good weapons as a rogue your fine, rogues are annoying but they also can get messed up really fast and really easy, out of all the classes ive played i have to say my lock is my favorite toon, i rolled destruction which is basically fighting like a mage, you dont rely on your Dots which is amazing at 70 and affliction i can kill 10 mobs my level or higher at the same time as affliction, its really not great but destruction adds a whole new game play its a combination of a mage and lock you use shadow spells to dish out massive crits and with the curses benefiting you i.e curse of shadow and elements you can double up on your crits with certain spells if your shadow or fire of course and later on if you roll tailoring you can pick up shadoweave for shadow spells or spell cloth tailoring and go with whatever you want to be a fire or shadow spell warlock its really fun thats just my lengthy opinion though

I'm a warlock and know that many Rogues can manage to get me at level 70. However, I do remember around level 40 always being two manned in order to kill me. Try sapping, kicking, stunning. Turn on "show target cast", if that works for pvp, and use these spells when they begin to cast fear.

I'd recommend respeccing to combat, first of all. That'll help boost your DPS so you can kill them faster. Use any of your spell interrupt skills when you see them casting; warlocks can't instant cast fear (except in later levels with the right build) and mages can't fear, so your problem is with priests. If you can burn them down quickly by respeccing combat, you won't have to deal with fear spells or any healing.
The love spell you're referring to is caused by the warlock's succubus minion. It's called seduction, and it prevents you from moving for up to 15 seconds.
