Probably like 3 times

For either medical emergencys or fires...no crimes

Numerous times.

Only once for myself though.

Since I'm an EMT, I'm never really off duty. Even on my own time, if I see or come across someone who needs assistance, I won't hesitate to stop and help...and also call 911 for more help (I can only do so much by myself with limited equipment).

Also, if I see something that would require law enforcement, I will also call. However, I will only provide assistance to an injured party. If it is a dangerous situation, I will not enter. I'm not trained as a cop and I let them do their jobs...just like they let me do mine. There have been several times that I have tailed a suspected DUI, called 911 and kept them updated on locations and such and then backed off once the police where on scene.

Yeah, I've had to do it a few times at home. (Father used to have seizures) And I even had to do it twice at work. One was a medical reason and the other was for harassment.

It's kinda scary. I used to be afraid of it when I was little because I used to watch that 911 show and I would remember that if someone calls 911 it's dead serious.

Yes.
When I was living in Brooklyn a woman of ill repute was dwelling in the apartment next to mine.
I was 6 months pregnant and we could hear her and her other friends and a potential p!mp planning to murder her current p!mp.
It was QUITE scary. But, they should not have been discussing this matter so loudly.
NYPD -- gotta love them -- they showed up in less than 5 minutes. About 5 or 6 cars. And they all barrelled up the stairs and demanded she open her door. They came in and -- although they had no proof -- spoke to her for about an hour.
Then they left.
She was mad. She didn't know who told on her.
But whatever.
I saved a p!mp's life that night.

3 times. I tried just calling the police number on the 2 occasions when it wasn't an emergency but they told me to call 911 instead. I had been robbed so there was no rush, the thieves were long gone.

Yes. I called when I worked for a company that aided people with disabilities because they lady I was with almost went into a diabetic coma. I called 911 when I had my car wreck and couldn't get out of the car, but by the hand of God managed to find my cell phone in the glass and snow that was EVERYWHERE....

I witnessed a kidnapping when I was 12 years old and I called the police! I was sitting in a tree, in the front yard of my house, and this girl was walking down the street and a car pulled up next to her and she was screaming and the guy shoved her in...it was terrifying! They eventually found her, thank God she was alive and the guy never did anything to her...
