That's impossible. If someone still likes your answers, and they think it's better than anyone else, they're bound to give you 10 points, no matter where you are on the level ladder. The most that would happen when you get there is the reminder of the amount of points you need to get to next level will disappear.
I hate to accuse you of point-gaming, but maybe you're just spouting stuff from the top of your head for that very purpose. Just don't go hog-wild, and think logically and intellegently before you answer, and maybe you won't get your account suspended.

I'm at level 7 and I got 2 best answers today. Maybe people don't like the answers you give. Sorry, just being honest.

i was level 8.. no big deal.
then i got cocky and someone got my account suspended.
of course that's not unusual here. then again no big loss, yahoo answers isn't exactly a useful resource.
