This sounds like a cold. However, it is allergy season in many parts of the country. Gargle with salt and warm water, take some tylenol for the headache. Try not to stand up too quickly. In either case, it should pass in a short amount of time.

yes you have a cold, rest for awhile and eat chicken soup and crackers and drink room temp. water (not cold). take lots of vitamins and you will be fine
