there is this guy who turns people into plastic. While he doesn't stuff them it's the same idea of preserving body structure.

What have you got against cotton??

I think it would be against the law to perform taxidermy on a human body.

Yes, but they are called embalmers. They use different methods, and do it only for a funeral, wake, or viewing. Most jurisdictions have laws regulating the treatment of corpses.
