In Cincinnati he won comeback player of the year before Carson Palmer broke out and now he has Detroit in 1st place and is playing well. Imagine if he had stayed and played his entire career in his hometown Seattle for the Seahawks. Hasselback took you to the Superbowl but it was more Shawn Alexander that year. Seahawk fans, What do you say?

Yeah, as a Seattle fan I really liked Kitna when he was here, but to be honest he just never seemed to get over the hump. Maybe if we had given him more talent?

Either way I am happy for him now and have enjoyed watching the Lions this season...Hell of a lot more than my 'Hawks anyway...

In Seattle, his record as a starter was 15-16.

His record as a starter with the Bengals was 16-32.

With Detroit, his record is 9-15.

Wow, how successful!! I know he won Comeback Player of the Year, but one good year doesn't make up for other poor seasons. The Seahawks are far better off with Hasselbeck, and the Bengals with Palmer. Kitna isn't bad, but don't try to make him out to be better than he is.
