Ok well, we now in math are dividing decimals and they really confuse me. One of the problems is.. Write the smallest power of 10 that you would multiply by to make the number a whole number. The numbers they give u are 7. 9.3, 8. 0.12, 9. 3.05, and 10. 12.001 Help!:)

this is easy,
9.3 x 10 = 93
0.12 x 100 = 12
3.05 x 100 = 305
12.001 x 1000 = 12001

Just count the number of places you would have to move the decimal (to the right) to get a whole number. that is the power of ten you need to multiply by.

for example, 5.897 needs to be multiplied by 10 to the third power, to get 5897.
