-My SAT score out of 1600 is a 1360
out of 2400 i got a 1950.
-710 on critical reading
-4 AP courses, all the rest honors, except for 2.
-4 years math, english, history, 3years science, and foreign language.
-top 19% of class.
-5.9189 GPA on 6.0 scale. (at my highly competitive highschool 6.4 and above is top 10% basically)
-work experince
-member of Science Olympiad, Asia club, Senior women, Photo society, Captain of Cypress Creek Colorguard
-Member of CATSS, (Champions Area teen Service Society
-Over 100 hours volunteering with CATSS and teaching Tae-Kwon Do.
-Studied for 3 years to recieve a 1st degree blackbelt in TKD
-"Special Circumstances" - 1parent home, 5 siblings, mother works so i must always be taking care of my siblings and helping raise them (all written about in essay c)
-random awards.
-very good essays and recommendations.

do my chances seem good for getting into UT AUSTIN?!

With your background, you seem like a very good candidate for UT Austin (I'm assuming you are a Texas resident?). You sound like you have a great foundation and will be successful! Be sure to apply for all the scholarships for which you qualify, as your family situation means you can probably do well in that area. See your school counselor about the possibilities.

oh guy you are a GREAT candidate! my sister is from out-of-state and she or he acquired in with a three.four weighted at an EXTREMELY aggressive prime university (ranked best 30 within the USA), three.eighty five unweighted, 1400/1600 SAT ranking, again then the sat's have been 1600, and is a minority as good. She was once additionally on a varsity group and did more than a few extracurriculars. You're resume is 10 occasions greater than hers. I wager they will be begging for you! do not fear :) ... be blissful

Go to TAMU...its a better school! haha but I'm biased...your lists looks good though so you should have no problem getting in....
