Peterson for sure. Is this even a question? Also, LaDanian Tomlinson is going to leave the Chargers because they are not looking to him as an option lately and he can do much much better. Basically, the vikings don't have anything going for them so they cut Peterson loose, if LT was there, the numbers would be the same my friend.

I live in Louisiana and I love Reggie Bush and I think that he will be a great player for years to come. When you say who is the better running back you really have to look at every aspect of the position. Adrian runs between the tackles better than Bush. Adrian runs to the outside as well, if not better, than Bush. I think that Reggie is more explosive and is an overall better athlete. Reggie is a better receiver and a better pass blocker. AP is the better runner between the two but Reggie is the better overall player. Either way I would love to have AP lighting it up down on the bayou lol

Adrian Peterson hands down. Has Reggie bush ever rushed for over 200 yards in a single game? It's not like Peterson set the record against the Raiders or the Texans, he did this against a pretty good Chargers defense that was stacked against the run the entire game.

I would say peterson even though Reggie is faster and a more of an athlete. But he doesn't have the line that Peterson has. In fact I would venture to say that if Reggie had the line that Peterson had he would kill too. Plus he doesn't get as many carries. Saints line sucks, but mark my words in 3 years Reggie will still be better and AP will be hurt and a, "if he could stay healthy" type of guy.

Ok well, Reggie Bush has got the jukes and the speed but if you have seen Adrian Peterson Peterson lately you wouldn't disagree. Adrian Peterson has got speed, agilty, and strength. He has never given up after the first he keeps going.

i would have to go with Adrian Peterson hes overall better at finding holes and creating plays. hes got the speed to out run almost everyone. even though its his first year i think hes doing alot better then Reggie bush did and is doing this season.

Peterson all the way! Bush hasn't done jack since he came to the NFL last year. Also considering the Saints were an awesome team last year, and the Vikings suck *** this year, yet Peterson still racks up the yards. This is Peterson's rookie year, and he's already broken two records (most rushing yards in a single game and only rookie to rush over 200 yards in 2 games) and he is on par to break Dickerson's rookie year rushing yards record of 1808, and possibly break the 2000 yard in a season barrier.

Peterson no doubt about it. This is not a biased answer because I am a Saints fan. The only thing Bush probably has over Peterson is speed.

Yesterday was the first time I actually watched Peterson play.Lets just say this guy is the BEST back in the league.I never saw anyone follow blocks and turn the corner faster than Peterson, and he is huge.If this guy stays healthy records will fall.
