Is it possible that one identified as intersex has only one of the two genders' genital but is endowed with both male and female hormones?

I mean, the one that has ONLY hormonal disruption, and NOT the genetic disruption

And is it clearly distingushable from transsexual?

What you're describing is not intersex (which is a discrepancy between the internal vs. the external genitalia). Rather, you're talking about a simple hormonal imbalance.

The fact is, everyone has a certain amount of "male" and "female" hormones. The "female" hormones (estrogens) have no known function in men, but they still exist. The "male" hormones (androgens), which include testosterone, are important for sex drive in both genders, though it is much less necessary for women.

Too much testosterone in women can cause characteristics like excessive body hair or deepening of voice, while too much estrogen in men could cause breast enlargement or erectile difficulty. If you're concerned that you or someone else might have a hormonal imbalance, you/he/she should see a doctor. Such things can be corrected.

Transsexualism is also not the correct term for what you're describing. A transsexual is a person who has a psychological association with the opposite gender (i.e., they are physically male but "feel" female, or vice-versa), and there might not necessarily be a biological reason for it.

Yes, it is possible- infact sometimes I feel like I do! I love to masterbate and I guess anything sexual but I look at female more than male but I have never wanted to nor will I ever engage in sexual intercourse with female- I think it could just be gender confusion- have you talk to a doctor about this? I watched Oprah a few times where she talks to people who have had sex changes and they are happier than ever-they felt trapped in a body that felt one way but they felt another way! Hope this helped..good luck on finding an answer
