Whether you're on the pill or not, pregnancy symptoms are the same. Missed period, morning sickness, sore/tender breasts and nipples, frequent urination, increased or decreased appetite, dizziness, back aches, cramping, headaches, and more.

I conceived unknowingly when I had been taking birth control pills for 11 years. I had been pregnant 3 times before so I knew what it felt like to be pregnant. However, I did not know I was pregnant and didn't find out until I was 17 weeks along. I was at my doctor for my regular yearly physical when the pregnancy was discovered. I had been having pain in my stomach whenever I ate and had resorted to living on mostly toast and soup and had dropped some weight (which I was glad of since I was carrying some extra pounds). I also developed heartburn, which I had never had before. Other than those 2 unusual things, I had no symptoms of pregnancy. I had 2 normal periods and 1 lighter/shorter period while pregnant and taking the Pill. With my other 3 pregnancies I had morning sickness (with my son I was sick all 9 months), with my surprise pregnancy I had no vomiting or nausea at all. I developed Gestational Diabetes which helped me to eat better and I ended up weighing 25 pounds less just before I delivered than I had the year before at my yearly physical. I wore my regular clothes throughout the pregnancy. Most people didn't even know I was pregnant unless I told them. I delighted in the looks on the faces of the people I knew (and who knew me and my family) when they saw me out and about with the baby. I have been a child care provider for 20 years and people would ask who the baby belonged to - boy were they shocked when I said she was mine! She has made our life interesting, not at all what we had planned, but we can't imagine our life without her in it.

The same as if you are not on the pill. But it's tough to say they are really pregnancy symptoms, because those very same symptoms can be caused by you taking the pill.

Birth manage tablets are used to trick your frame into considering it's pregnant. So, a few signs aren't exceptional. However, it's nonetheless viable to get pregnant whilst at the capsule, so take a being pregnant scan to be definite. If you're pregnant, you have to quit taking the tablets and touch you medical professional.
