What to do?

My lighting broke and i ordered a new one but is it ok if i use a t8 lamp that my mom had for her plants for a couple days. All i have are xenia mushrooms zoos starpolys will they survive for a couple of days under this light

T8's are awesome, try them with an actinic. RScott

They should be fine. I'm not sure what a t8 lamp is, but most plants will survive a few days under normal indoor lighting. I've successfully grow indoor plants with nothing but a couple 100w incadescent bulbs.
